Leaders commit to a year engagement to this peer-to-peer advisory group. They meet once a month to solve problems, evaluate opportunities and work on strategic and operational issues. They are confidential forums of leaders who rely on each other for wisdom and counsel. It is coupled with monthly executive one-on-one coaching sessions to support their desired results.

 

The group develops strategic plans and determines the key indicators that they will use to measure performance against strategic plans. Their progress will be reported in the monthly group meetings.
